An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±1.5% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 18V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "TLVH431".For applications with 70mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 80mA.18V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 100?A is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 1.24V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 20V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.Voltage 1.24V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.
