TLVH431AMQDBZR Overview


An easy-to-use SOT-23 package is used.This program uses the handy Cut Tape package.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.1 outputs are sufficient.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.For applications with 70mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 18V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -40°C degrees Celsius.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?This voltage reference ic provides a voltage reference of 18V.
