TLV431BIDCKTE4 Overview


An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Adjustable, Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use 0.5% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.24V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.For applications with 15mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 15mA.6V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 100?A is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 1.24V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 7V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 125°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at -40°C degrees Celsius.Voltage output is 6V.
