TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 6V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.TLV431 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 6V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80?A.1.24V voltage lower than 1.24V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 7V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 6V regardless of external conditions.
