TLE2425CDRG4 Overview


SOIC is used to simplify the process.Based on the Fixed, Ground Reference (Virtual) control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC ANALOG CIRCUIT is coupled with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Power Management Circuits.It can be used with 20mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.2.47V voltage lower than 2.47V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 40V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -55°C.Voltage 2.5V is outputted.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has INPUT VOLTAGE RANGE IS 4V TO 40V.In general, it is recommended to use a 5V power supply.
