TLC5970RHPR Overview


In order to save board space, the 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package is used. A LED driver using this design has 3 outputs.As a mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency.It is possible for the led driver ic to operate normally at -40°C~85°C TA.The system operates at a frequency of 20MHz.For its operation, terminations with a value of 0 are used.A configuration of this chip is made up of 28 pins.A total of 12 segments have been created.Part number TLC5970 represents this LED driver.It is acceptable to supply voltages of 36V.17V is the output voltage.In addition, it has 28 pins.Depending on its characteristics, it is classified into Display Drivers.With a minimum input voltage of 10V volts, it can operate.For highest efficiency, it works with a minimal supply voltage of 10V.In terms of supply current, 36V is the maximum value.A minimal supply current is required in order for this device to provide high efficiency.
