TLC320AD56CFN Overview


A PLCC package is supplied for space savings. The transmission line is terminated with 28 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. It has a configuration of 20 pins. A voltage of 5V is required to operate the device. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 4.75V, the device will work. Supply voltages up to 5.25V are supported. It is recommended not to operate above 70°C. can also be operated at 4.5 to 5.5 and 2.7 to 3.3v is a property of this type.
