TL5001QDG4 Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 3.6V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 20kHz~500kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 8 terminations.
