TL497AIDR Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to ±1.2V. DC DC switching regulator's 500mA Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 6V as the nominal input voltage.
