TL497ACPWR Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 14 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of 0°C~70°C TA when operating. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to ±1.2V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 500mA Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 500mA Switch. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 6V is provided. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TL497 family of products. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 30V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 14 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least -25V volts. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 500mA A. 30V -25V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily.
