TL431IZ Overview


A handy TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±2.21% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 36V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~105°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Search "TL431" for other relevant parts.Through Hole applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 100mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 36V.Its cathode current should generally be 1mA.There is 2.495V voltage output lower than 2.495V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 37V.In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.495V.
