TL431ICT Overview
6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±2.21% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~105°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.TL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 2.55V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.It can output a voltage of 2.495V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.44V voltage at the very least.
