TL431CZT Overview


An easy-to-use TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±2.21% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 36V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "TL431".Through Hole applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 100mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.495V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 37V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?Voltage reference that outputs 36V regardless of external conditions.
