TL431CKTPR Overview


The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.2 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.495V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 2 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.It is suitable for 100mA input applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.A minimum voltage of 2.495V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 2.55V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.44V less than 2.44V.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE FROM 2.495V TO 36V to better fulfill the purpose.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 70°C.The voltage reference ic provides 36V voltage reference.
