TDA7851 Description

The TDA7851L is a high-power vehicle radio audio power amplifier with revolutionary MOSFET technology in a Flexiwatt25 packaging. The fully complementary P-Channel/N-Channel output structure allows for a rail-to-rail output voltage swing, which, when paired with high output current and minimal saturation losses, sets new power standards in the car-radio market, with unrivaled distortion performance.
