TD221IDT Overview


The rectifier regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) for ease of transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is 5V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Controller, MicroC-Based Off-Line Applications and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -25°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 7.8V~17V. It is possible to find 8terminals on the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator's pinout begins with 8pins. Search TD221 to find more pin-to-pin solutions. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 8 pins on the power regulator. There should be 300mA output from the electrical regulator at the moment. At its maximum, it is designed to produce current 300mA. Minimum supply voltage is 7.8V. Voltage regulators can supply voltages up to 17V. It interfaces with a BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER IC.
