TD221ID Overview


Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) container to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tube packages. Volatge output is set to 5V by this voltage controller. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. There are a variety of applications for the v, including Controller, MicroC-Based Off-Line Applications. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -25°C~125°C. It is designed to run the input voltage at 7.8V~17V. 8 terminals can be found on the electronic component. This alternator regulator has 8pins in its pinout. If you are trying to find pin-to-pin solutions, try searching TD221. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it. In this power supply regulator, there are 8 pins. For normal operation, there should be 13V operating supply voltage applied. The external regulator should be outputting 300mA at the moment. At its maximum, it will produce current 300mA. The power supply regulator allows a minimum supply voltage of 7.8V. There is 17V maximum voltage that can be supplied by the voltage regulator. A BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER IC interfaces with the rectifier regulator.
