TC74VHC541F(EL,K,F Overview


The 20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Cut Tape (CT) external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 2V~5.5V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -40°C~85°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 8mA 8mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 1 elements. One of the TC74VHC series network transceivers. The ethernet transceiver has 20 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V. Electronic parts from the AHC/VHC/H/U/V family are used in this part. 2 ports are included in this logic device. Each element uses 8 bits. There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2V in order to supply the bus transceiver.
