TC74LVX244FTEL Overview


An interesting TSSOP package is used. As part of the external packaging, this logical driver uses the Tape and Reel form factor. The 2 elements all play a role. Logic device with 20 different terminations. There is a requirement for 2.7V of supply voltage. This electronic part belongs to the LV/LV-A/LVX/H family of parts. Surface Mount applications can be used with digital buffer. A 20-pin connector is used. An enhanced bus transceiver with 2 ports is available. Each element employs 4 bits. It uses 4μA when quiescent. As low as -40°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 85°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 4mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct 4mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 2V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 3.6V. The amount of data required to make 8 outputs is sufficient.
