TC74HC244AFW Overview


Buffer uses a neat SOIC package. This logic IC uses the Bulk external packaging. All of the 2 elements are put into use. 20 terminations with different functions. It reuqires a supply voltage of 4.5V. This electronic component belongs to the HC/UH family. 20 pins are set with the electrical part. It is suitable for Surface Mount applications. It has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The network transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. Specifically, It is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. In quiescent state, the electronic component uses 4μA. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as -40°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Logical driver outputs 7.8mA in its low-level output mode. In high-level output mode, the electronic component may conduct 7.8mA of current. The voltage used to run this electrical part should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. It is sufficient to make 8 outputs. ENABLE LOW control technology starts up the logical driver.
