This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.802.11a/WiFi, 802.16/WiMax, ISM, WLAN RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 185mA range.
