SY10E195JZ Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. Using the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with -4.2V~-5.5V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 128 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number SY10E195. At QUAD are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 28 terminations. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced ECL technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.2V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.5V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The arrangement of 28 pins is designed into the device. There are a number of active components within the 10E family. The device is part of the 10E, Precision Edge® series, which are among the most important electronic devices.
