SY10E195JZ Overview

As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. Using the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with -4.2V~-5.5V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 128 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number SY10E195. At QUAD are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 28 terminations. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced ECL technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.2V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.5V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
