SY100EL38ZG Overview


Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be ECL, PECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 1GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 4.2V~5.5V.
