STW81102ATR Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There are 28 terminations found in this file. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An up to 4.65GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock, Crystal logic.
