STW81102AT Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 28 terminations found in this file. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An up to 4.65GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
