STUSB1600QTR Description
STUSB1600QTR manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a type of IC controller capable of addressing 5 V USB Type-C port management both on the host and/or device side. It is able to prevent high voltage against short circuits to VBUS up to 28 V based on its 20 V technology. Its specific characteristics enable it to deliver various USB Type-C functions, including attach detection, plug orientation detection, host-to-device connection, VCONN support, and VBUS configuration. Based on an integrated non-volatile memory, dead battery mode can be supported.
