STOD03ATPUR Overview

A total of 2outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 12-UFDFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 4.6V -2.4V~-5.4V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Converter, AMOLED Display. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.3V~4.5V. There are 12terminals on the voltage regulator. As a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER regulator, the electronic part has received high praise. There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board. 12pins are present on the power regulators. Currently, the electrical regulator should output 200mA. There must be an input voltage higher than 2.3Vin order to operate this rectifier regulator. It is possible to switch the voltage controller at a frequency of 1.5MHz. A maximum current of 200mAis intended to be produced by the voltage regulator. The power supply regulator allows a minimum supply voltage of 2.3VV.
