STM32L476VGT3 Description
The STM32L476VGT3 devices are ultra-low-power microcontrollers built on the powerful 32-bit RISC Arm? Cortex?-M4 core that operates at up to 80 MHz. A floating point unit (FPU) single precision is a characteristic of the Cortex-M4 core that supports all Arm? single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats. Additionally, it incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU) that increases program security along with the full range of DSP commands.

2 banks, up to 1 MB Flash Proprietary code readout protection and read-while-write
32 KB of SRAM with hardware parity, up to 128 KB total.
SRAM, PSRAM, NOR, and NAND memories are supported by an external memory interface for static memories.
