A microcontroller built on the Arm Cortex-M7 core and intended for high-performance embedded applications is the STMicroelectronics STM32H7B3IIK6.

This microcontroller includes Ethernet, USB, and CAN communication interfaces, as well as a maximum operating frequency of 400 MHz, 2 MB of flash memory, and 1 MB of RAM. For the high-speed computation of complicated algorithms, it also features a variety of hardware accelerators, including a crypto/hash processor and a graphics processing unit (GPU).
