STM32F446MEY6UTR Description

The high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC processor that powers the STM32F446xx devices operates at a frequency of up to 180 MHz. A floating point unit (FPU) single precision is a characteristic of the Cortex-M4 core that supports all ARM® single-precision dataprocessing instructions and data formats. Additionally, it incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU) that improves program security together with the whole range of DSP instructions.

The STM32F446xx devices include a wide range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, as well as high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 512 Kbyte, up to 128 Kbyte of SRAM), up to 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM, and these features.
