STK800 Description
The STK800 is the latest evolution of STMicroelectronics' distinctive strip-based "single feature size" technology. The resulting transistor has a very high packing density for low on-resistance, and the double-sided cooling package with very low junction to case thermal resistance allows for increased current handling.
