H bridge is packaged using Tube.H bridge is provided in the 22-SIP, 18 Leads, Formed Leads package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 12.5V~17.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including AC Motors.Through Hole is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.There are 18 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.22 pins is used as pronged contacts as H bridge ic of a signal interface.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 280V.H bridge circuit is incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 45A.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 45A.There is 30A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.It is equipped with 3 outputs.The operating supply voltage is kept at 15V to offer high efficiency.
