STG3856QTR Overview

Due to its 12-UFQFN packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 3:1. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 2.7V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 12 pins. SP3T switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics.
