STG3684AUTR Overview

Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V. If put voltage greater than 50nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. The electronic component can function from 3V. The electrical component supports 2 inputs. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 500mOhm. 4 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
