SP3244EEY-L Overview

This driver chip is excellent for driving common LEDs due to its enhanced TSSOP package.28-pin driver IC with improved power dissipation control.This package size decreases dramatically due to optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.Additionally, there are 5 receivers included in the package.On the part, 3 drivers are embedded in order to facilitate the operation of the device.It must be below 85°C when the transceiver module's system is operating.This optical transceiver must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.It is rated at a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V, which is higher than most ICs.It is recommended that this line driver ic be powered by a voltage of 3V.
