Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced SOIC package.28-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.Transceivers implemented by this IC total 1 in total.In addition to that, it contains 5 receivers as well.A transceiver module's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this optical transceiver to operate properly.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 5.5V.3 transmitters are present, which are can transceivers that produce radio waves to transmit or send data with the help of antennas.In order to run this line driver ic, the supply voltage must be at least 3V.Devoptical transceiver modulees powered by this optical transceiver module operate at 400mV.
