SP3232EEA-L/TR Overview


Driver ICs with enhanced SSOP packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin driver IC.As a result of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size has been greatly reduced.It implements 2 transceivers in total.A 2 receiver is included.The integrator circuit has embedded 2 drivers.It is important that the operating transceiver module's temperature is below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this optical transceiver.This integrated circuit is rated for a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.An antenna transmits or sends data through 2 transmitters, which are can transceivers used to transmit radio waves to send data.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 3V for this line driver ic.This IC has 4 serial I/Os that are standard for this type of IC.
