SNJ54BCT240J Overview


There is a case option of CDIP available for this clock divider. 20 terminations have been recorded. With a supply voltage of 5V, high efficiency is possible. A pin count of 20 can be found on it. It is operated using the 20 pins. A cut smart buffer of this type is contained in Bus Driver/Transceivers. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -55°C. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C enables stable operation. The gadget belongs to the BCT/FBT family of clock buffers. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 5.5V. Logic IC with BUS DRIVER value is used in this circuit. As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.5V for normal operation. There is a 5V volt supply attached to it. In addition, it consumes 46mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors. This method employs the TUBE packing method. The configuration of this clock buffer is 8 bits. The system has 2 ports configured. An output configuration of TTL has been used.
