SNJ54AHCT245W Overview


20 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 5V is required. AHCT/VHCT/VT family part. With the electrical part, 20 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 20 pins on digital buffer. The bus transceiver has 2 ports. When the electronic component is quiescent, it uses 4μA. Power supplies with a 5V volt rating are recommended. The package is usually shaped like a TUBE. Users should apply 5V supply voltage to the lectronic component to run it safely and stably. 8 efficient bits are included in the package of the network transceiver. For better service, buffer includes WITH DIRECTION CONTROL. As low as -55°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 125°C when using this buffer. It outputs 8mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -8mA of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 4.5V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. COMMON CONTROL control technology allows the logical driver to start up.
