SNJ54AHC245J Overview


Using CDIP, it runs smoothly. It has 20 terminations, each with a different function. The voltage requirement is 3.3V. Buffer shares the AHC family's comprehensive benefits and features. Temperatures higher than 125°C should not be used. The low-level mode produces 8mA as the output. When the electrical part operates in high-level output mode, the part is capable of conducting -8mA of current. In order to run this logical driver properly, the voltage used should be at least 2V. According to the manufacturer, the maximum voltage is 5.5V. COMMON CONTROL control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
