SN75C198N Overview


This LED driver IC features an enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tube package.As a Driver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 4.5V~15V for power supply.There can be up to 4/0 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at 0°C~70°C.With a supply voltage range of 12V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.14 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.It is packaged with 14 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.The base part number 75C198 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.A 14-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Through Hole mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.The integrator circuit is embedded with 4 drivers.It is recommended that the line driver ic's operating temperature be kept above -12V.The integrator circuit is equipped with a dual supply voltage arrangement that can provide a maximum voltage of 15V.This can transceiver requires dual supply voltage, so it's best to use a 4.5V power supply.
