SN74S124NE4 Overview


Clock PLL is embedded in the PDIP package. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. Clock generator is designed with 16 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. This clock generator belongs to the family of S. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 4.75V. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is LOGIC CIRCUIT. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 85MHz. The supply current of 105mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function. Time clock generator is capable of delivering a load capacitance of 15pF. Phase locked loop is well suited for TUBE based on PLL's reliable performance.
