SN74LVC06ADRG4 Overview


The part comes in SOIC packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape and Reel is used. In total, 14 terminations have occurred. This part is equipped with 6 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. It is part of the LVC/LCX/Z family of chips. Into the part body are injected 14 pins. Based on test statistics, the part's minimal operating temperature would be -40°C. It is not recommended for users to supply devices with voltage exceeding 3.6V in normalcircumstances. There should be 1.65V voltage fed to the part below 1.65V. This part provides high quality logic output owing to its 6 channels.
