SN74LS442NG4 Overview

Using a 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tube package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Through Hole mount. In this case, we have a typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at 0°C~70°C TA. Buffer IC has 15mA 24mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 1 elements.
