SN74HC244DBRG4 Overview
There is a neat SSOP package used in buffer. A Tape and Reel external packaging is used for this buffer. A total of 2 elements are used. 20 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 5V is required. HC/UH family part. In particular, automotive buffer is a type of Bus Driver/Transceivers. When the electronic component is quiescent, it uses 8μA. Users should apply 5V supply voltage to the lectronic component to run it safely and stably. As low as -40°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 85°C when using this buffer. It outputs 7.8mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -7.8mA of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 2V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 6V.
