SN74HC126PWTG4 Overview


There is a neat 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 2V~6V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~85°C TA. This buffer IC has a 7.8mA 7.8mA high and low logic state output current. There are 3-State outputs that digital buffer can handle. 74HC series devices are included in this network transceiver. 14 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver.
