SN74ALS1244AN Overview


Logical driver uses a neat 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 15mA 16mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 2 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 74ALS series devices. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Transceiver shares the ALS family's comprehensive benefits and features. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. You can search "74ALS1244" for other related electrical components. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 11mA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver.
