SN74ABT125DBRG4 Overview


There is a neat SSOP package used in buffer. A total of 4 elements are used. 14 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 5V is required. ABT family part. With the electrical part, 14 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 14 pins on digital buffer. The bus transceiver has 2 ports. For each element, there are 1 bits. In particular, automotive buffer is a type of Bus Driver/Transceivers. When the electronic component is quiescent, it uses 24mA. Power supplies with a 5V volt rating are recommended. The package is usually shaped like a TAPE AND REEL. Users should apply 5V supply voltage to the lectronic component to run it safely and stably. As low as -40°C can be tolerated by it. You shouldn't let the amibient temperature get higher than 85°C when using this buffer. It outputs 64mA when it is in low-level mode, which is the default. There is a possibility of the electronic component conducting -32mA of current when it is in high-level output mode. It is recommended that the voltage used to run this electrical component is at least 4.5V. It is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. ICs that use BUS DRIVER logic are known as BUS DRIVER logic transceivers. ENABLE LOW control technology allows the logical driver to start up.
