SN65LBC173ADRG4 Overview


LED drivers with the enhanced SOIC package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tape and Reel format.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.Integrated into this wide receiver are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.A package consisting of 16 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.It is a 16-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.There is a capability of 4-bit resolution with this ic receiver.There is a voltage supply of 5V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated.IC5V is a high performance driver IC designed to work with a 5V power supply.The box contains 4 receivers.A transceiver module's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.It is specified that the transceiver's maximum supply voltage for this IC shall be 5.25V.This line driver ic requires a minimum voltage supply of 4.75V in order to operate properly.
