SN55114J Overview


Buffer uses a neat CDIP package. It reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 16 pins are set with the electrical part. It is suitable for Through Hole applications. It has 16 pins. Specifically, It is a kind of Line Driver or Receivers. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the lectronic component. Buffer features CONFIGURABLE TOTEM-POLE OUTPUTS; DIFFERENTIAL OUTPUT PAIRS to better serve the need. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as -55°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. The voltage used to run this electrical part should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 5.5V. It can be categoriLINE DRIVERed in the LINE DRIVER interface IC. This buffer has 2 bits capability. 2 transmitters in total are integrated in the network transceiver
